Sioux Falls City Council Considers Bonds for Dow Rummel Village

The City of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, is considering the issuance of Health Facilities Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2026, in an original aggregate principal amount not to exceed $55,000,000. The proceeds of the bonds will be loaned to Dow Rummel Village, a South Dakota nonprofit corporation, for the purpose of refunding prior bonds, paying certain capital costs, and funding a reserve fund.

Public Notice

A notice has been given that a petition has been filed by the owners of Tract 1 of Westwater at Cherry Lake Addition to the City of Sioux Falls, requesting the vacation of a portion of the 66-foot statutory right-of-way. The City Council will consider the vacation at the Carnegie Town Hall on August 11, 2026.

The City of Sioux Falls is also requesting formal bids for Tallgrass Avenue Grading and Utility Improvements, Granular Activated Carbon, and Water Conservation. Bids will be electronically submitted through the e-procurement portal and will be received by the portal not later than the specified deadlines.
