Prosecutors presented evidence including crime-scene analysis of the home d4vd was staying at, items purchased from Amazon under an alias, and DNA test results from potential blood samples found on several items in the house. The DNA results showed a high probability of being from Celeste. The prosecutor also showed records from a cell phone connected to d4vd that helped track his movements in the month after Celeste’s alleged murder.

Superior Court Judge Charlaine Olmedo set an arraignment for August 31 and ordered d4vd to be held without bail. A trial date will be determined at a future hearing.
