A Shreveport man, Wesley Roussell, 21, has been booked into the Caddo Correctional Center on 50 counts of computer-aided solicitation of a minor. His arrest is the result of a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Investigation Details
Roussell was initially identified during an investigation by the Whitestown, Indiana, Police Department. After investigators determined Roussell lived in Caddo Parish, the case was transferred to the Louisiana Bureau of Investigation. Roussell was ultimately apprehended by the U.S. Marshals Service.
Roussell is being held in the Caddo Correctional Center without bond. The investigation remains ongoing.
