Shreveport Humane Society Seeks Home for Buzz

Buzz, a lovable 9-month-old rat terrier mix, is searching for his forever home through the Humane Society of Northwest Louisiana in Shreveport.

About Buzz

Katie Maranto describes Buzz as the total package, saying, “I’m not going to say that he’s perfect, but he’s perfect.” The young pup is known for his friendly personality, gets along well with other dogs and children, and quickly wins over everyone he meets.

Buzz was surrendered through no fault of his own and is now hoping to find a family ready to give him the love and attention he deserves. Humane Society volunteers say he is healthy, affectionate, and would make a wonderful addition to nearly any household.

Families interested in adopting Buzz can view him and other available pets through the Humane Society of Northwest Louisiana website. Meet-and-greets are also available to ensure a good fit for homes with other animals.
