Incident Details

The incident happened at San Pedro Square, where huge crowds have gathered for World Cup watch parties. There were no World Cup games being screened at the time of the shooting. The San Jose police are investigating the incident as a homicide.

A security guard reported seeing the injured person in distress, with blood around their neck and upper back. The area was cordoned off, and most bars in the area were closed after the incident.
