The Sheridan Community Land Trust (SCLT) is offering a free, family‑friendly walking tour of Fort Mackenzie this Saturday, August 29. The event is part of the SCLT’s ongoing Explore History program, which partners with the Sheridan VA to bring the community onto the historic military site.

Participants should gather at the Sheridan VA parking lot 7, located off Air Force Lane in front of building 61 (the auditorium). The tour will begin promptly after registration and will be led by Sheridan VA historian Thomas Hatch and VA patient advocate Connie Trenacoste.
