Sheridan City Council Reviews First Avenue East Subdivision

The Sheridan City Council is reviewing a final plat application for the First Avenue East Subdivision, located at 1039 2nd Avenue East in Sheridan. The application was submitted by Randall Engineering Surveys on behalf of the property owner, Q Construction, LLC.

Subdivision Details

The proposed subdivision is currently zoned as a B1 Business District, following a rezoning in November. The area was previously zoned R1. The rezoning and replatting are intended to facilitate the construction of multifamily development on the north half of the lot.
