Seminole Shopping Center and Multiple Pinellas County Properties Listed for Sale

Pinellas County’s real‑estate market is seeing a flurry of new listings that could appeal to investors, developers, and families alike. Below is a snapshot of the most notable properties now for sale.

Oxford Square Shopping Center – Seminole

Located at 9410‑9534 Seminole Blvd., the one‑story Oxford Square shopping center offers 18,200 heated square feet of space for an asking price of $2.95 million. Built in 1981, the center comprises 14 suites ranging from 1,029 to 2,750 sq ft. Eleven suites are occupied by a nail salon, art‑supply store, martial‑arts studio, a daycare, and other retail and service businesses. Three suites remain vacant, including a former restaurant space of 2,750 sq ft.

Leases are primarily month‑to‑month or have only one year remaining, giving a prospective owner flexibility to renegotiate rent terms. The 1.94‑acre lot provides 126 parking spaces, monument signage, multiple access points, and 300 ft of frontage on Seminole Boulevard. The seller has owned the property since 1979. Listing agents are Christopher Skurka and Daniel Hurd of Marcus & Millichap.

Signature Place Condo – St. Petersburg

A 1,829‑sq‑ft condominium on the 10th floor of the 36‑story Signature Place at 175 1st St. S. is listed for $1.6 million. The unit (1008) features two bedrooms, two full baths, and a half‑bath, with an open‑concept layout, floor‑to‑ceiling windows, and a wrap‑around balcony offering water views. The kitchen includes a granite backsplash and a granite waterfall island with bar seating.

The primary suite offers a custom closet and spa‑like bathroom; the guest suite includes a private waterfront terrace. Amenities include 24‑hour concierge service, an infinity pool with private cabanas, outdoor grilling, a fitness center, and meeting rooms. The seller, represented by Peggy Naruns of Northstar Realty, purchased the condo in 2025 for $1.56 million.

Historic Restaurant Property – Tarpon Springs

At 900 N. Pinellas Ave., a 5,632‑sq‑ft, two‑story restaurant building dating to 1919 is on the market for $2.3 million. The Pilot House Bar and Restaurant, which opened in 2024 and closed a year later, was the last tenant.

The downstairs level (4,416 sq ft) seats about 150 guests and includes multiple bars and a fully equipped kitchen with walk‑in refrigeration. The upstairs level (996 sq ft) provides an event space with lounge areas and two balconies overlooking the sponge docks. Outdoor dining and a stage for live entertainment are also included. All furniture, fixtures, and equipment are part of the sale. The 0.83‑acre parcel offers 35 on‑site parking spaces and prominent frontage on Alt. US 19. The property was last purchased in 2006 for $4.45 million. Listing agents are Bruno Taillefer, Garrett Grimes, and Sadie Levine of Taillefer Commercial Group.

Mid‑Century Home – Old Northeast, St. Petersburg

A Mediterranean‑style residence at 220 14th Ave. N. sold for $2.2 million after being listed at $2.48 million in September. The double‑corner lot (0.27 acre) holds two structures built in 1954, providing five bedrooms and three bathrooms across 3,108 heated sq ft.

The primary residence (2,528 sq ft) was fully renovated in 2026, featuring vintage entry doors, exposed beams, custom arches, blond hardwood flooring, a chef’s kitchen with gas cooking, and hurricane‑impact windows and doors. The master bedroom is in a separate wing with an ensuite bath that includes a glass shower, rain‑head, freestanding soaking tub, and dual vanities. A 144‑sq‑ft dressing room offers floor‑to‑ceiling cabinetry.

Outside, a solar‑heated saltwater pool with an Endless Pools system and a screened lounge with a gas fireplace provide leisure space. The secondary building (1,160 sq ft) houses a garage, workshop, and a renovated one‑bedroom guest apartment. The seller, represented by Nick Janovsky of Serhant, bought the property in 2024 for $2.28 million; buyer’s agent was John Markunas of Park Property Group.

Mixed‑Use Investment – St. Petersburg

At 773 34th St. N., a two‑building retail and residential site is listed for $1.19 million. Both structures were built in 1947. The one‑story retail building (1,760 sq ft) is currently occupied by Marleys House Smoke Shop and can be vacated or leased to a new owner. The adjacent two‑story residential building (2,208 sq ft) contains three units that have operated as short‑term rentals but could be converted to long‑term leases.

The 0.22‑acre corner lot provides 120 ft of frontage on 34th St. N. and sees roughly 38,000 vehicles per day. A two‑sided pylon sign is included. The seller purchased the property under the name CF‑773 34th Street, LLC in 2016 for $200,000. Listing contacts are Tim Butler and John Barkett of Barkett Realty.

Dunedin Fourplex – Dunedin

A renovated four‑plex at 1477 Pinehurst Rd. is on the market for $1.15 million. Built in 1983, the building offers 3,615 sq ft of living space across four units. Three units are 875 sq ft with two bedrooms and one bath; the fourth unit is 990 sq ft with two bedrooms and two baths. Current rents range from $1,800 to $2,100 per month.

Recent upgrades include ceramic and vinyl flooring, stone counters, barn doors, in‑unit washers and dryers, ceiling fans, sliding glass doors, and private decks. Kitchens and bathrooms have been renovated, new HVAC systems installed in three units, and the parking lot repaved. The 0.37‑acre lot sits one mile from downtown Dunedin and less than 1.5 miles from the water. The seller bought the property in 2021 for $678,000; the listing is provided by Ben Magnie of Stonebridge Real Estate Co.

These listings illustrate the diverse opportunities available across Pinellas County, from commercial centers with flexible lease structures to historic properties with modern upgrades. Interested buyers should contact the listed agents for further details and to arrange viewings.
