Season 35 of Dancing with the Stars launches with two‑night premiere Sep. 15‑16

ABC and Disney+ will kick off the 35th season of Dancing with the Stars with a special two‑night premiere on Tuesday, Sept. 15, and Wednesday, Sept. 16, both at 8 p.m. Eastern. After the opening weekend, the show settles into its regular Tuesday slot at the same time, with each episode streaming the following day on Hulu.

Celebrity cast and professional pairings

The full roster of celebrity contestants was revealed on Good Morning America. New faces include actresses Jenna Dewan and Julia Stiles, Savannah Bananas star Jackson Olson, chef Giada De Laurentiis, reality‑TV personalities Maura Higgins, Ciara Miller and Tyler Cameron, singer Taylor Hanson, and Jimmy Kimmel Live! personality Guillermo Rodriguez.

Adele Zaikman joins the professional lineup after winning the inaugural season of Dancing with the Stars: The Next Pro. She will be paired with Conner Leavitt, husband of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star Whitney Leavitt. Long‑time pro Sharna Burgess returns for her first competition since season 30 in 2021.

Judges and hosts

Returning judges Carrie Ann Inaba, Derek Hough and Bruno Tonioli will once again evaluate the performances. Inaba and Tonioli have been on the panel since the show’s debut, while Hough joined in season 29 after a successful run as a professional dancer.

Alfonso Ribeiro and Julianne Hough resume their duties as co‑hosts. Ribeiro first co‑hosted in season 31 after winning season 19 with pro Carson, and Hough, a two‑time Mirrorball champion, returned to the hosting desk in season 32.

Recent champions

Robert Irwin and Carson captured the Mirrorball Trophy in season 34, which aired in November 2025, beating finalists Alix Earle, Val Chmerkovskiy, Jordan Chiles, Ezra Sosa, Dylan Efron, Daniella Karagach, Elaine Hendrix and Alan Bersten. The win marked Carson’s second Mirrorball victory, his first coming with Ribeiro in season 19.

How to watch

Viewers can watch the live broadcasts on ABC and Disney+ at 8 p.m. ET on Sept. 15 and 16, then every Tuesday thereafter. Episodes become available the next day on Hulu for on‑demand streaming.

The Walt Disney Company owns Disney+, Hulu and the ABC network, ensuring the show’s broad accessibility across multiple platforms.
