Rockers’ Pitching
Green Bay’s Alex LePage pitched six scoreless frames, including nine strikeouts. However, in the eighth inning, Fond du Lac tied the game with a pair of singles. The Dock Spiders then took the lead with two hits and four more runs. The Rockers were shut down in the ninth inning, despite a two-out single from Zach Novakowski.
The Rockers now have a 12-8 record on the season and 12-8 in Great Lakes West play, while Fond du Lac improves to 8-15 and 4-13 in Great Lakes West play. The Rockers will return home on Wednesday for a double header against the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters.
