Rep. Thomas Massie, a Kentucky Republican, denied allegations from his purported ex-girlfriend, Cynthia West, that he offered her money and asked her to sign a non-disclosure agreement related to a wrongful termination dispute. When asked about the allegations, Massie said they were false.
Massie also denied allegations that he had bragged to West about a sexual encounter with Rep. Lauren Boebert, R-Colo., just weeks after his wife died. Boebert also denied the allegations when asked by the same reporter earlier this month.

When asked about the allegations, Massie turned the exchange around, asking the reporter if he liked ‘gay porn’ and recording the conversation. The reporter had asked Massie to respond to the allegations from his ex-girlfriend.
Massie questioned why Fox News was asking about the allegations, saying ‘When did you all become a tabloid?’ The allegations against Massie surfaced just a week before he was defeated in the race to keep his House seat in the May 19 Republican primary.
