A human trafficking suspect was involved in a short pursuit that ended in a crash on the eastbound 105 Freeway near the 110 Freeway in South Los Angeles on Thursday afternoon, officials said.
Aerial footage showed the 105 shut down and traffic backed up for miles, all the way to Los Angeles International Airport. The Los Angeles Police Department had a heavy presence at the scene of the crash.
It’s unclear if the suspect was taken into custody and when the freeway would reopen.
