ProCare Injury Specialists disclosed plans to open a new clinic at 1765 N Town East Blvd, Suite 112B, Mesquite, TX 75150, in early 2027. The facility will add coordinated medical, imaging, pain‑management, chiropractic, rehabilitation, counseling and neurology services for accident‑injured patients, a service many Mesquite residents need given the area’s heavy traffic.
According to financialcontent.com, the Mesquite location follows two other Dallas‑County openings—Garland and North Dallas—scheduled before the end of 2026. The company, founded in 2004, now operates 14 clinics across Texas and aims to simplify post‑crash care by keeping all services under one roof.
“There’s no shortage of providers in Dallas, but coordinated care is harder to find,” said Dr. Neil Boecking, DC, President of ProCare Injury Specialists. “Someone hurt in a wreck in Garland or Mesquite shouldn’t have to juggle a handful of different offices just to get better. Opening in Dallas will let us keep their care connected from day one.”
Dr. Mark Rouff, MD, the pain‑management physician leading the Dallas‑area clinics, added, “Pain from a car accident often doesn’t show up until days later. When we start treatment early, we can break that pain cycle before it turns into something chronic. We want every patient to leave their first visit knowing what is wrong, what the plan is, and that we’re in this with them until they’re back to feeling their best.”
The new clinic arrives as the region’s freeways—Interstate 635, Interstate 30, US‑75 and the President George Bush Turnpike—carry some of the state’s heaviest commuter and commercial traffic. Texas Department of Transportation crash data for Dallas County shows nearly 44,000 crashes in 2025, injuring more than 22,800 people and killing 274. For residents of Mesquite, having a single location that can handle evaluation, imaging and treatment could reduce the logistical burden after a collision.
ProCare’s expansion marks its first move into North Texas after recent openings in Waco, Temple, Manor, West San Antonio and Corpus Christi. The company expects demand for personal‑injury care to rise as the Metroplex continues to grow.
What’s next: The Mesquite clinic is slated to open in early 2027. Residents can call (945) 377‑9042 for appointment information once the location begins taking patients. The clinic’s launch will be announced on the ProCare website and through local outreach efforts.
