A power line sparked and caught fire on Harrow Avenue in Oakley after strong storms. The incident occurred late Tuesday night and was captured on video.
Crews with Duke Energy have been working to restore power in the area, with over 1,000 additional line workers, tree trimmers, damage assessors, and support personnel brought in to assist.
