Police vehicle struck during pursuit
One of the fleeing automobiles collided with the front of a police cruiser, according to the Philadelphia Police Department. The officer inside the police vehicle was unharmed, but the cruiser sustained enough damage to require towing from the scene.
Abandoned vehicles recovered
Two of the stolen cars – an Acura and a Honda – were located about a half‑mile away after they appeared to crash.
