A police chase that began in the San Bernardino County community of Barstow, more than 100 miles northeast of Los Angeles, continued Tuesday afternoon on streets and freeways east of Los Angeles.

Details about what led to the pursuit of the blue Nissan SUV were not immediately available. The driver is wanted in connection with a no-bail warrant. The driver was traveling east in San Bernardino County before circling back on the 10 Freeway toward Los Angeles.
The driver exited onto streets in the West Covina area with several patrol SUVs in pursuit. A passenger fell or jumped out of the SUV on Valinda Avenue. The pursuit continued on the 605 Freeway.
