Pike Road, Ala. – The Pike Road school board has selected Jarrod Traylor as the new principal at Pike Road High School. Traylor, who has been the assistant principal for the last four years, will take over the position as the school prepares to move into its new facility on Wallahatchie Road.
New Leadership
Traylor expressed his hopes to build on the work of his predecessor, Andrea Maness, and create a culture where students and teachers feel part of something bigger. He aims to help the school community grow and improve by 1% every day.
At the same meeting, Parker Reiss was chosen as the new principal at Pike Road Intermediate School. Reiss previously served as an assistant principal at the elementary school.
