Hilton livestreamed what appeared to be self-harm from his Westchester home on August 4. The video, which was streamed on TikTok, showed Hilton covered in blood with visible cuts and holding a knife.
The Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office responded to multiple calls regarding an individual livestreaming acts of self-harm on social media. Hilton was later confirmed to be the individual and was Baker Acted.
Hilton’s family released a statement saying he remains hospitalized in serious condition and has been stabilized, but his injuries will require surgery.
