Azzubair Outen-Fleming, 16, was arrested in Colorado Springs following a search lasting more than three weeks. He is suspected of slaying 22-year-old William “Billy” Schmidt, a Penn State student.
The United States Marshall Service says Outen-Fleming was arrested by the Colorado Violent Offender Task Force at a distant relative’s home after attempting to deny his identity.
Outen-Fleming was booked into the Zebulon Pike Youth Center ahead of extradition back to Philadelphia.
