Pasco County motorists will face numerous lane closures, flagging operations, and ongoing roadwork starting Sunday, July 26. On State Road 54, drivers can expect day and night disruptions at multiple intersections. Lane closures at Henley Road will run Monday, July 27, through Friday, July 31, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Road Closures and Restrictions
Nighttime lane closures are scheduled at Altamont Lane from Sunday night through Thursday night, between 7 p.m. and 7 a.m. Interchanges along the Suncoast Parkway (SR 589) will also see temporary restrictions. From Monday, July 27, through Saturday, August 1, crews will partially close the right shoulder and merge lane on the SR 54 entrance ramp, though full highway access remains open.
Additional westbound lane closures on SR 52, spanning from Tradeway Boulevard/Pasco Road to west of Interstate 75, will take place Sunday through Thursday nights from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. Elsewhere in the county, daytime work on US 41 at Lake Patience Road requires lane closures from Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Periodic lane closures and flagging operations will impact US 98 between County Road 54 and Townsend Road from Monday through Friday between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Along US 301, a periodic southbound right lane closure between Kingsmere Road and Sky Ridge Circle—just south of Wire Road—will run during those same daytime hours.
Nighttime commuters along SR 39 will face flagging operations and lane closures between the Hillsborough River bridge and Chancey Road from Sunday night through Thursday night, between 7 p.m. and 5 a.m.
