Paris Baguette Bakery Opens to Enthusiastic Crowds in Louisville

Paris Baguette, a French-inspired bakery and café, has officially opened its doors in Louisville, Kentucky, on Brownsboro Road. Since its opening in late May, the bakery has attracted large crowds eager to experience its unique offerings.

Local Excitement

The Louisville location, developed by Ayesha and Arif Nazai along with Mahwish Ijaz and Nawaz Ahmed, has quickly become a popular destination for locals. The bakery offers a wide variety of pastries, cakes, and coffee beverages, with approximately 4,000 pastries made fresh daily. Customers have been lining up outside the business, eager to try the freshly baked goods.

Co-owner Mahwish Ijaz shared that the bakery operates around the clock, with some bakers starting as early as midnight to ensure everything is made fresh. The self-service concept allows customers to select their pastries and cakes cafeteria-style, adding to the unique experience.

Community Impact

The opening of Paris Baguette has not only brought a new culinary experience to the area but has also contributed to the local economy by creating jobs and attracting visitors. The café is open seven days a week from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., providing a convenient spot for breakfast, lunch, or an afternoon treat.

The bakery’s success in its initial days reflects the community’s enthusiasm for new dining options and highlights the vibrant local business scene in Louisville. As the bakery continues to serve its customers, it stands as a testament to the city’s growing culinary diversity and entrepreneurial spirit.
