Palm Beach County public schools will continue offering free breakfast and lunch to students during the 2026-27 school year, according to the School District of Palm Beach County. Nearly 75% of its schools will provide free meals to all students.
Meal Prices and Eligibility
Students at some schools will not automatically receive free meals. Families at those schools can apply for free or reduced-price meals based on their household income and family size. Applications will be available starting July 27. For students who do not qualify for meal assistance, breakfast will cost $2.50. Lunch will cost $3.50 for elementary students and $3.75 for middle and high school students.
