There is a storm risk across far western Oklahoma, with a chance of 60 mile per hour gusts. The panhandle is under emphasis for Tuesday, with a low chance of rain in western Oklahoma and a higher chance in the panhandle.
The heat index will be around 100, with a high of 105 in Ada. The wind is a good thing, keeping the heat indices in check. However, the chance of rain is quite low for western Oklahoma.
