The Oklahoma City Housing Authority, along with community organizations such as NE OKC Renaissance, Restore OKC, and Open Design Collective, is leading the redevelopment effort.

Morrison expressed hope that the project will inspire others across the country to think about approaching housing from a very intentional process, from concept to engagement, design to development. The first phase of the project, funded by $2.5 million from MAPS 4, will focus on Northeast 28th and Northeast 29th streets.
