A new hospice wing at Meadowbrook at Oconto Falls will provide dedicated care to end-of-life patients. Unity Hospice, a nonprofit hospice and palliative care provider in Northeast Wisconsin, partnered with Meadowbrook to open the space.

Hospice Care Services

The Unity Sunset Wing at Meadowbrook provides a homelike, caring environment for around-the-clock hospice care until the end-of-life, as well as for temporary caregiver relief. Patients and families benefit from a full complement of compassionate staff who provide medical, emotional, spiritual, and grief support.

Amenities include private and semi-private rooms, freshly prepared meals, and a family gathering area. Visits from family, friends, and pets are welcome at any time. Synergy Senior Care Chief Marketing Officer Chris Pryor noted that hospice services offered by Unity are fully covered by Medicare and most insurance plans.
