Oba Femi and Jey Uso competed in the King of the Ring final match at WWE Night of Champions in Saudi Arabia. The winner would receive a title shot of their choice at SummerSlam.
Match Details
Femi, who had his sights on Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns, battled Uso throughout the night. Uso hoped to win and face the undisputed WWE champion, bringing another world title to The Bloodline.
Uso gave his all, using multiple thrust kicks, a running shoulder block, a spear, and an Uso Splash. However, it was not enough to defeat Femi. Femi regained control, tossing Uso to the mat and hitting Fall from Grace to win the match and become the King of the Ring.
Femi will now decide who to challenge for the title shot. He may choose to face Roman Reigns, as they are both Raw superstars. However, Sami Zayn won the Undisputed WWE Championship in a triple-threat match later that night.
