Northwest Arkansas Expects Sunny Skies

Northwest Arkansas is waking up to fair skies, with a few extra clouds in the river valley and patchy fog in the morning. However, it’s going to be a really pretty day, with sunny to partly cloudy skies, a gentle breeze, and dry air. Humidity will be low, and the area will get a break from the heat, with highs in the mid and upper 70s.

Weekend Forecast

The river valley will see afternoon highs in the low 80s. This evening will be quite pleasant, with fair skies and cool temperatures. There may be a couple of foggy showers around the southern fringes of the viewing area. Tomorrow will bring another day of sunshine, with a few thin clouds, and temperatures in the low and mid 60s.

Although the break from the heat will not last long, as heat returns on Wednesday along with scattered showers and storms for the rest of the week. For more on that, be sure to watch Chief Meteorologist Darby Bybee on 4029 News.
