A Los Angeles County grand jury has indicted Nick Reiner, 32, on murder charges in the killings of his parents, actor Rob Reiner and photographer Michele Singer Reiner. The indictment, which was unsealed on Wednesday, alleges that Nick Reiner was lying in wait before attacking his parents in their home in the upscale Brentwood section of Los Angeles on December 14.

The Los Angeles County chief medical examiner has been prevented from releasing the autopsy reports due to a court order. The LA County Public Defender’s Office, which is representing Nick Reiner, declined to comment on the indictment.
