O’Reilly brings over two decades of legal experience to the court, having held leadership roles within New Mexico’s legal community, including serving as a commissioner with the State Bar of New Mexico and chairing the Rules Committee for the Board of Bar Examiners. He earned his law degree from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 1999.
