After a hot and humid stretch leading into the Fourth of July, New England gets a much more comfortable finish to the holiday weekend. Today will be less hot, breaking the heat wave with highs in the low to mid 80s with lower humidity.
Rain Expected Next Week
The forecast will take a rainy turn for the start of next week. Monday will be wet with the chance for soaking rain arriving Monday afternoon for the Southern New England coast, becoming more widespread by Tuesday.
