New Chase Bank Under Construction In Rochester

A new Chase Bank is being built in front of the Crossroads Hy-Vee in Rochester. The construction was noticed during a recent visit to the area.

Construction Update

After checking the city building permits, it was found that the new building is indeed a brand-new Chase Bank. This will be the second Chase Bank under construction in Rochester, with the other one being built next to the former Cub Foods in NW Rochester.

The new Crossroads location is expected to open in early 2027, which will bring the total number of banks and credit unions in Rochester to over 50.
