According to GasBuddy, the lowest price in Casper can be found at Sam’s Club, with a price of $3.64 per gallon. Loaf ‘N Jug and Sinclair also offer competitive prices, at $3.68 per gallon.
Johnson County continues to have the cheapest average gas price in Wyoming, at $3.575 per gallon. Laramie County’s average price has decreased by 26 cents to $3.576 per gallon, while Sweetwater County’s average price is $3.69 per gallon.
National Gas Price Trends
The national average gas price has decreased by 6.9 cents to $3.78 per gallon. Diesel prices have also seen a significant drop, with a decrease of 11.4 cents to $4.876 per gallon.
Patrick De Haan, head of petroleum analysis at GasBuddy, stated that the decrease in gas prices is due to the stabilization of crude oil markets, despite the recent tensions between the US and Iran.
