The following are arraignments, judgments and sentences rendered in criminal cases in Natrona County District Court last week.

This may not be a comprehensive log and is based on hearings attended by Oil City News, filings provided by the clerk of district court, and information provided by the district attorney’s office.
The court is not always bound at sentencing by negotiated plea agreements between the state and defense counsel. Most agreements come with a cold plea provision, meaning if the defendant violates a bond condition, the state is free to argue for any sentence supported by statute.
Some sentences come with additional terms such as intensive supervised probation (ISP), Adult Drug Court (ADC) or placement at an adult community correctional facility (ACC) like the Casper Re-Entry Center.
