Shreveport, La. – Law‑enforcement officials announced Thursday that a multi‑agency raid on the 300 block of Herndon Avenue produced a significant haul of illegal weapons, narcotics and counterfeit currency, and led to three felony arrests.

Members of the Shreveport Police Department’s Violent Crimes Abatement Team, working with the Shreveport City Marshal’s Office, Louisiana State Police Gator Task Force, Louisiana Probation and Parole, Caddo Parish Juvenile Services, the Caddo Parish District Attorney’s Office, Shreveport‑Caddo Crime Stoppers and SPD OSINT personnel executed a search warrant on Thursday morning.
Investigators recovered six firearms, a firearm suppressor, ammunition, additional firearm accessories, 30 grams of suspected cocaine, 200 grams of marijuana and $200 in counterfeit currency.
Arrests
Dallas Hanks and Trey Fontenot were taken into custody on felony narcotics charges, including possession with intent to distribute, as well as illegal carrying of a weapon while possessing controlled dangerous substances. Fontenot also faced an outstanding warrant from the City Marshal’s Office. A third individual, Tina Ly, was arrested for possession of marijuana.
