Curating a Vibe

Leyva Martinez’s menu is full of stories and personal touches, including the ‘Who’s Your Mama’ cocktail, which was inspired by her relationship with her mom. The ‘Cheating Death’ cocktail was inspired by her grandpa, who survived the Vietnam War and a battle with cancer.

The bar’s ownership team, Miguel and Diego Arambula, Diego’s wife Charandelle, and partner Phillip Kliewer, were drawn to the location because of its rich history and potential for a unique bar experience. The team worked with Leyva Martinez to design a menu that would fit the space and bring a personal touch to the bar.

The bar’s mission is to ‘make downtown cool again’ and bring a vibrant atmosphere to the area. Leyva Martinez wants to create a space where people of all ages can come and enjoy themselves, and where the party atmosphere never dies.
