C.H.A.N.G.E., a local nonprofit, is partnering with the City of Montgomery’s Parks and Recreation department to provide free basic haircuts to students ages 5-18. The event, called Back to School Haircut Day, will take place on Sunday, August 9, starting at 1:00 p.m. at the Multiplex at Cramton Bowl.
