Crews are currently on scene of the Miner Fire in Ruidoso, located north of the city below Buck Mountain.
According to officials, the fire is burning in an old burn scar and is surrounded by rock screes. The acreage of the fire is currently unknown, but officials say the spread potential is low and the values at risk are none.
