Australian IT firm Megaport announced on Tuesday that it has signed three new AI infrastructure contracts valued at a combined A$978.6 million (approximately $686.8 million). The agreements, which remain confidential regarding the customers, cover GPU and CPU compute, networking, and storage services for AI applications and inference workloads.
Revenue impact and outlook
The contracts are expected to generate about A$232.4 million in annual recurring revenue. In response, Megaport raised its full‑year group revenue guidance for 2027 to a range of A$720 million to A$810 million, up from the prior forecast of A$620 million to A$730 million.
Alongside the revenue lift, the company now projects an EBITDA margin of 42 % to 44 % for the year, compared with its earlier estimate of 38 % to 40 %.
Recent contract activity
This round of deals follows Megaport’s June announcement of four similar contracts totaling A$458.9 million, underscoring the firm’s aggressive push into the AI infrastructure market.
Megaport’s CEO highlighted that the growing demand for high‑performance compute and networking solutions is driving the company’s expansion, and the new contracts position the firm to capitalize on the accelerating adoption of AI technologies across industries.
