McKinney is hosting a range of events in July, showcasing the city’s vibrant community and cultural scene. The Texas Trailblazing Wonder Women Exhibition at the McKinney Cotton Mill Arts District is a highlight, featuring art from Texas artists that highlights Texas women who helped shape history.

Other events include a reading of the Declaration of Independence at the Collin County History Museum, a parade and block party in downtown McKinney, and a drone and fireworks show at Towne Lake Park. The McKinney Chupacabras will also play soccer against Texoma FC at Ron Poe Stadium.
Additionally, guests can sample wines from Lone Star Winery paired with menu items from Hutchins Barbecue, enjoy a free concert from American Petty at Hub 121, and take a tour of Tupps Brewery.
