A murder warrant has been issued for Cortavian Oneal Tatum, 18, in connection with the shooting outside a Whataburger in Marshall, Texas, that left two brothers dead and two others injured.
Investigation Ongoing
The Marshall Police Department and the Harrison County Violent Crimes and Narcotics Task Force announced the warrant on Tuesday. Tatum’s last known address is in Longview, Texas. Police are asking anyone with information about his whereabouts to contact them. He is considered armed and dangerous.
The shooting occurred just before 2 a.m. in the Whataburger parking lot. Brothers James Morrow, 20, and Jassiah Hill, 18, died at the scene. Two other people were injured and taken to a hospital.
The investigation has already led to two arrests. Jamarrio Dominique Epps, 21, of Longview, was arrested on a Marshall Police Department murder warrant. Earlier, police arrested Davion McDale Brown, 19, who was charged with capital murder in connection with the shooting.
