Margaritaville Vacation Residences Break Ground

Margaritaville Vacation Residences Myrtle Beach, a 271-unit resort-style residential community, has broken ground in Arcadian Shores. This development marks the area’s first new coastal condominium offering in more than a decade.

Project Details

The project, co-developed by AmeriCraft Homes and M Group Companies, received a $60 million construction loan from DLP Capital. To date, the community is 25% sold, attracting buyers from across the East Coast seeking laid-back coastal living. Prices start from the high $300,000s, and construction on building 1, 2, and all resort amenities are expected to be completed by late 2027.

Residents will enjoy a host of amenities, including a restaurant and lobby bar, a pool with private cabanas and tiki bar, a fitness center, and a seasonal shuttle service to and from the beach. When not being used, owners who wish to rent their vacation residences will have access to on-site rental management programs.

Developer Comments

“Buyers are looking for more than just a residence; they want a lifestyle-driven experience,” said Patrick Marino, Chairman and CEO of M Group Companies. “At Margaritaville Vacation Residences Myrtle Beach, we’re delivering a turnkey piece of paradise, complete with on-site rental management services and a robust amenity program that makes every day feel like a vacation.”
