Manual football teammates Jackson Pritts and Andrew Hoerter have developed a strong bond over the years, built on trust, timing, and accuracy. The two first met in middle school while training with former Louisville Cardinal Ryan Johnson, perfecting their craft as a long snapper and kicker.

A Lasting Friendship

By high school, they were teammates at Manual, and their bond grew stronger. "When we got to the same high school, it was two of the best in the state," Hoerter said. "It just brought our operation closer together and made us better. We don’t just talk on the field. We hang out off the field. We’re best friends."

Pritts and Hoerter also lean on each other away from football, especially when it comes to the recruiting process and preparing to play at the collegiate level. Pritts has committed to Temple, while Hoerter is still weighing his options. "It’s nice having someone to talk to who is also going through the same thing as me," Pritts said.
