Luxury townhomes are being planned in Cape Canaveral, near Kennedy Space Center, with rooftop viewing pads designed for rocket launches. Everhome Living, a Miami-based homebuilder, has unveiled plans to construct 94 luxury townhomes in the area.

The townhomes, which will start in the mid-$600,000s, are described as ‘attainable luxury.’ They will range from three to four bedrooms, with approximately 2,800 square feet of space. Construction could begin as soon as the end of this year, with pre-sales starting next year.

Douglas Caraballo, CEO of Everhome Living, described the area as a ‘hidden gem’ and highlighted its increasing popularity. ‘One of the things that we said is that it would be great to build townhomes that people can watch rocket launches,’ Caraballo said.
