Lone Star CASA is gearing up for its 11th Annual Clays for CASA fundraising event, scheduled for August 28, 2026, at the Texas Gun Ranch in Terrell. This event is a significant opportunity for community members and local businesses to contribute to the well-being of children who have experienced abuse or neglect in Rockwall and Kaufman Counties.

Event Details and Participation

Participants in Clays for CASA can register a shooting team, become event sponsors, or volunteer. The event will feature an 18-station sporting clay course, breakfast and lunch, a silent auction with items donated by local businesses, and a raffle for a 12-gauge Browning Citori 825 Sporting Over/Under Shotgun valued at $3,500. Sponsorship opportunities are available, ranging from $750 to $10,000, offering businesses a chance to gain visibility while supporting a meaningful cause.

The proceeds from Clays for CASA will support Lone Star CASA’s mission to provide dedicated advocates for children who have faced abuse or neglect. Last fiscal year, the organization served 272 children in the area, working to ensure their safety, stability, and permanency.
