Jackson, Wyo. — The Snake River Canyon peak flow locked in at 13,922 CFS on May 31. Local river guide and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort Ski Patroller, Tyler Wight, took home the brand-new NRS Star Outlaw raft with an insanely close guess of 13,890 CFS.
