Lake County sheriff’s deputies responded to the Indian Trail area in Leesburg after receiving a report of possible gunfire into a residence.
Detectives with the agency’s Criminal Investigations Bureau and Crime Scene Investigations unit also responded to investigate.
It is unknown if any arrests have been made or if anyone was injured. The incident remains under investigation.
