Tim Lasseter, a Cody resident, has officially launched his campaign for the Park County Commissioners Board. Lasseter, who has previously run for the Park County School District 6 School Board and the county clerk’s office, is committed to bringing conservative leadership to the county level.
Conservative Leadership
Lasseter has framed his campaign as a return to conservative values, promising to listen to the citizens of Park County and ensure election integrity through hand counting ballots. ‘I would do everything in my power to see that we had hand counting ballots done before the next election, and I see no reason why we couldn’t in a two-year stretch,’ Lasseter said.
Lasseter’s previous campaigns have garnered significant support, with approximately 1,500 votes in his first school board run and around 4,000 votes in his bid for the Park County Clerk position. ‘People obviously liked what I had to say,’ Lasseter said, attributing his success to his commitment to telling the truth.
