La Fetta, a locally owned Italian deli, is expanding to Prairie Village’s Corinth Quarter. The shop, which opened its first location in Overland Park last October, has seen significant support and enthusiasm from the community.
Menu and Expansion
The menu at La Fetta features a variety of sandwiches made with Boar’s Head meats and housemade sauces. Some popular options include the ‘Queen’ and the ‘Gloria.’ The Prairie Village location will essentially mirror the menu at the Overland Park shop, with some new sandwiches being tested.
Husband-and-wife duo Adam and Kelly Bracco, who own La Fetta, have ties to Prairie Village, having lived there for five years before moving to southern Overland Park. The expansion is a natural fit, given the area’s growth and the center’s walkable environment.
