Scotland’s Josh Kerr won the gold medal in the men’s mile at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, finishing in 3:54.12 seconds.
Kerr, who recently broke the 27-year-old world mile record, finished ahead of Australia’s Cameron Myers and Kenya’s Timothy Cheruiyot.
The home crowd cheered Kerr to victory at the Scotstoun Stadium, where he has been racing since he was a child.
