Harper, a soon-to-be fourth-grader at Sage Elementary school, is excited about the summer season. She loves heading to area lakes with her family to kayak and cool off in the pleasant waters of Central Oregon.
Harper’s favorite subjects in school are reading, history, and math. She believes math is particularly important for studying weather, as it involves a lot of calculating in meteorology.
When she’s not in school, Harper enjoys watching her brother play baseball and playing volleyball herself. In the winter, she likes to have fun in the snow, making snowballs and throwing them at her brother.
